Hospital Manager

We are currently seeking a Hospital Manager to join the Hong Kong’s largest veterinary group with 10 hospitals/clinics and has a flagship hospital in Singapore as well as an established mobile ultrasound team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all daily clinic operations and administrative duties

  • Oversee the Profit & Loss of the hospital and achieve monthly target

  • Provide high standard of care and services to patients and pet owners

  • Handling customer issues and complaints

  • Recruit, lead, motivate, develop, and manage the team related to the operation

  • Implement and drive continuous improvement on procedures and services

  • Maintain the clinic clean and tidy

  • Administer the operation of diagnostic & surgical equipment and maintain them in good condition

  • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns

  • Perform ad hoc duties

 Requirements:

  • Holder of relevant health care qualifications, additional qualification in veterinary nursing, healthcare will be an advantage

  • Minimum 5 years experiences as a leadership role in healthcare industry. Animal clinic experience is highly preferable

  • Must be customer service oriented

  • Good people and operation management ability

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate internally and externally

  • Familiar with clinic operations, cooperate with doctors and other staff as a team

  • High level of integrity and discipline

  • Hands-on leadership style with a can-do attitude

  • Mature, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibilities, able to find solution and work independently.

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
